1. Install Slife client
Once you create an account, you download and run a small application - the Slife client. The client sits in the background and automatically observes your computer activities such as when (and for how long) you use applications, interact with documents, visit web sites and more. The Slife client streams all of your activities up to you Slife Web account in real-time. Your Slife Web is private and secure, you are the only one who has access to it.
2. Visit Your Slife Web Account
You can login to your Slife Web account at anytime and visualize how much time you've spent on applications, documents and web sites. You can categorize your computer interactions based on activity type, such as 'Reading news' or 'Checking email' and even set productivity goals for the activities you create. Without any work on your part, you can keep track of time spent on projects and find out how much to charge your clients, for example. Simple, easy, effective.
